If your product or order is not to your liking, or if you ordered an wrong item by mistake, we accept returns in accordance with our return policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@fortycustoms.com. Make sure your return meets the conditions outlined in our policy before sending the item back. Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@fortycustoms.com. We will do our best to update your order before it has been processed or shipped. Please note that address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Yes, we deliver to many major regions across the globe, including Europe, the United States, Canada, South America (Chile), Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, Japan), Oceania (Australia), and Switzerland. With over 50+ countries covered, we proudly offer global shipping to connect our products with customers worldwide. Additionally, we have trusted dealers in select regions, to provide localized service and support. Check our dealer network or contact us to find a dealer near you.

Once your order status updates to "Shipped," delivery times vary by region. Shipping to the United States, Canada, Chile, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Australia typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on carrier congestion and local conditions. Most of Europe has a shipping time of 3 to 5 days, while deliveries within the Netherlands usually take 2 to 3 days.

If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as "Pre-Order." We update our inventory weekly, and most items are back in stock within 1 to 2 weeks. If there’s a delay, we’ll contact you directly to provide an update on the status of your order.

Our fenders are manufactured in line with industry standards and are designed for maximum effectiveness without compromising the aesthetics and design language of the bikes. However, some Super73 tires, such as the BDGR line, feature a horizontal tread pattern that tends to spray water forward. While our fenders significantly reduce water displacement, certain tire designs may exceed the functional limits of any fender configuration. We continually strive to provide the best possible performance for all our products.

Located in or near Eindhoven? You can request a Maintenance check for your bike anytime, with no obligation. We'll inspect your bike, inform you of any work needed and the expected costs, and then schedule the maintenance at a time that suits you.
